STEP 1: SEARCH AND SELECT YOUR FAVORITE PRODUCTS ON THE WEBSITE

After adding to your cart, the screen will remain on the current product page. You can click on the CART icon to review the items in your cart, adjust the quantity, or click "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT" to place your online order.

STEP 2: PLACE YOUR ORDER ONLINE AND MAKE PAYMENT

On the checkout page, customers should ensure all required information is provided for the order:

I. BUYER INFORMATION

·        For customers with an account, please log in using your existing account before placing an order.

·        For customers without an account, please fill in all the required buyer information.

·        We encourage shopping by registering for an account at citimode.vn to save time and enjoy exclusive offers. With an account, you can easily place orders without re-entering your information each time.

II. SHIPPING METHOD

Free shipping is available for all orders valued at 599,000 VND or more nationwide.

For orders under 599,000 VND, Citi Mode applies a flat shipping fee of 30,000 VND.

III. PAYMENT METHOD

You can choose one of the two available payment methods: Cash on Delivery (COD).

Bank transfer at the time of order placement.

STEP 3: ORDER CONFIRMATION

After completing the online ordering process on the Citi Mode website, click the Update Order button. The system will update your order information via your Facebook Messenger.

You can track the status of your order by registering as a member.
